This year, we’re taking a step further. Join us as justsaying.ASIA’s annual party, Chillin’ Like A Villain, returns for its third installment and combines forces with the Singapore Pub Crawl, to bring you and your minions a Halloween Pub Crawl that’ll make those do-gooders think twice about their life choices.
