Masters of Football’s Battle of Europe 2016 – England Master vs Germany Masters will be held right here in Singapore at the National Stadium on Saturday, the 12th of November.
With the likes of Teddy Sheringham, Steve McManaman, Darren Anderton, Emile Heskey, and Des Walker contributing to England’s line-up with more of their team mates pulling to strengthen the team, this would be their chance to avenge their loss from Euro 1996, where losing to Germany on their very own home grounds has been a haunting spectre in their history… doesn’t help that Germany then went on to win the Championship that year, too.
Not that victory is gonna be any easier at this Masters’ face-off as Germany rallies the likes of World Cup Winner Guido Buchwald in addition to Jens Nowotny, Dieter Hamann, and 1996 European Championship squad member Thomas Häßler. Leading the line up is none other than Germany’s most prolific player and only German to bear the prestigious title of FIFA World Player of the Year, Lothar Matthäus who also happens to be the German team’s most capped player with 150 caps, and 23 international goals to his name.
Tickets for Battle of Europe 2016 are available now at the Masters of Football website as well as Sports Hub Tix. With prices starting from starting from $19, and with only 25’000 tickets available, fans are advised to purchase tickets early to avoid disappointment. VIP Packages are also available at $100 and $200, respectively.
