[divider]Arno Stark[/divider]
If asshole-ishness, like well-invested wealth, grew over the years, Arno Stark would make perfect sense.
The future nephew of Tony Stark, Arno was the protagonist (in a manner) of Iron Man 2020. Capitalising his uncle’s technology, Arno soon became Iron Man, adding more moral ambiguity to the character than Tony ever had.
[divider]Mary-Jane Watson… and Aunt May?![/divider]
Much like Peter Parker, Mary-Jane Watson also donned the costumed known as Iron Spider. However, unlike Peter, she’s also found herself piloting one of ol’ shell head’s older models to battle Morlun. More recently, Mary-Jane’s been somewhat of a staple in the Iron Man comics, finding herself, once again, armouring up… to save Tony’s ass.

An it does get weirder! In an alternate reality designated Earth-24388, Peter’s beloved Aunt May was the Iron Man analog, known as the “Golden Oldie” in the pages of What If?
Somehow, I doubt that that’s what Tony was thinking when he wanted to get Aunt May into his suit.
[divider]Ultron[/divider]

While the movies take a certain amount of liberty with the source material, it is not often as drastic as the origins of Ultron. In the comics, for one, it wasn’t Tony (and Bruce) behind the creation of Ultron, but Hank Pym, the first Ant-Man. Yes, Hank Pam was in fact more of a dick than Tony was in the comics… hard to believe it though.
More shocking, however, is that at a point Ultron was also Iron Man himself. Having hacked into Tony’s suit while searching for a new body, Ultron was able to temporarily steal control of them.
[divider]Doctor Doom[/divider]

Much like the above-mentioned Riri Williams, Doctor Doom, too, will be taking a page out of Tony Stark’s book to become another Iron Man. While it remains to be seen exactly what this man of iron i up to, word it that the Fantastic Four villain may be seeking a path toward redemption… he should probably give Magneto a call. They could start a club or something.
[divider]Doctor Doom… again![/divider]
In another issue of What if: Iron Man: Demon in an Armor, Tony Stark and Victor von Doom find themselves room mates in college, with the could-be Iron Man replacing Reed Richards.
In typical Marvel fashion, after a story involving heartbreak, crushed ambitions and body exchanges, Tony Stark finds himself in a future here he has become Doctor Doom, and Doom becomes the Invincible Iron Man!
[divider]Hal Jordan…yes, That Hal Jordan![/divider]

During a Marvel-DC crossover in 1997, both universes’ heroes (and villains) were pit against each other. Facing the possibility of being utterly destroyed, the universes were temporarily merged, combining the character’s with a cross-company counterpart, forming the Amalgam universe!
Tony Stark and/Hal Jordan combined to create a character called Hal Stark a.k.a. Iron Lantern a green version of the Iron Man costume (that just looked weird, honestly). However, instead of an arc reactor, the suit was powered by the ‘Green Lantern Power Battery’.
Moreover, they fought a villain called ‘Mandarinestro’…. because Mandarin and Sinestro… ‘A’ for creativity. But, hey, at least it wasn’t as bad as them mashing up James Rhodes and John Stewart into Stewart Rhodes ‘cause… racism.
