Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, the docuseries will be hosted by series creator and producer Jon Favreau as he walks the audience of The Mandalorian through the ins and outs of the show.
Hosted by Favreau, the docuseries sees round table discussions about the making of The Mandalorian. Guests include stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, and Carl Weathers, as well as executive producer Dave Filoni, and directors Taika Waititi, Bryce Dallas Howard, Deborah Chow, and Rick Famuyiwa.
Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian is an opportunity for fans of the show to take a look inside and get to see a different perspective, and perhaps a greater understanding, of how The Mandalorian came together and some of the incredibly talented contributors throughout Season 1. We had a great experience making the show and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you.
– Jon Favreau
Topics expected to be covered in this instalment of Disney Gallery include:
the filmmaking process, the legacy of George Lucas’ Star Wars, how the cast brought the characters to life, the series’ groundbreaking technology, the artistry behind the show’s practical models, effects, and creatures, plus the creative influences, the iconic score, and connections to Star Wars characters and props from across the galaxy.
Hopefully Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian will be able to tide audience over until the premiere of The Mandalorian season two which is now seeing the end of production.
Fans of The Mandalorian also have cause to celebrate with season three of the show already confirmed and in development.
