Original character IPs from Singapore’s vibrant creator community will take centre stage at charac+r: The Great IP Invasion, a three-day festival celebrating imagination, artistry, and the growing cultural influence of indie character brands.
Held at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre from 24 to 26 October, charc+r is jointly organised by Super Tough Friends and Eliphant.
The festival brings together some of Singapore’s most recognisable and emerging character creators, including Berry Winkle (BirdBois), Tasty Toastys, mochibuddies, Pigubao, Pines & Prints, Corgiyolk, Little Shop of Dreams, Mochiak & AhWoo, and more.
Visitors can explore a curated artist market, collectible drops, meet and-greets, signings, and talks that spotlight how indie creators are developing original character IPs into lifestyle brands, merchandise, and fan communities.
A highlight of the event is the first joint meet-and-greet and signing for the Berry Winkle x Tasty Toastys blind box collaboration. Fans can also grab the Panpan blind box by Philippine artist Angelazy Doodles, featuring the pandesal-inspired “Pan de Doggo” brought to life with collectible figures and heartwarming storytelling.
In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to vote during the festival, and the two IPs with the highest votes will have the chance to work with our sponsor to bring their designs to life as 3D collectible figurines.

charac+r: The Great IP Invasion is held at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre’s (SCCC) Multi-Purpose Hall on Level 7, and will run at the following times:
- Fri, 24 Oct – 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Sat, 25 Oct – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sun, 26 Oct – 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Tickets are begin at $6 for 1 person per day, or $10 for 2 people on the same day. Free entry for children aged 12 and below.
