CÉ LA VI Continues Sky High Hawker Series into 2021

Iconic rooftop destination CÉ LA VI continues its monthly Sky High Hawker series in January 2021, inviting guests to discover Singapore’s most exciting dishes prepared by up-and-coming chefs.

Happening on 9 and 10 January, the sixth edition of Sky High Hawker will feature an exceptional line-up of local chefs and talents who will present their signature dish and create a specially curated dish for this occasion. Participating chefs are as follows:

Woo Wai Leong from Restaurant Ibid
Douglas Ng from Fishball Story
Manjit Kaur from Moghul Mahal
Eugenia Ong from Table at 7
Danny Chew from Bonding Kitchen

The guest chef offerings are accompanied by a selection of BAO burgers by CÉ LA VI Group Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis, desserts by CÉ LA VI Pastry Chef Kelvin Chia and cocktails by CÉ LA VI Lead Mixologist Andrew Hyman.

The Sky High Hawker initiative was launched in 2020 in honour of Singapore’s vibrant culinary scene, with a spotlight on the local hawker culture which was recently listed on the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage.

Featuring dishes starting at S$10++, guests can enjoy a delectable spread of local cuisine and rediscover heritage dishes while enjoying a breath-taking view of the Singapore skyline atop the Marina Bay Sands in a comfortable seated dining experience, now with groups of up to 8 guests.

In view of the COVID-19 situation, guests are required to check in via the Safe Entry app upon arrival and will be ushered to their seats. Guests can browse through the QR code menu and place all orders with CÉ LA VI staff to enjoy at their table.

CÉ LA VI Sky High Hawker will take place on 9 & 10 January 2021 (Saturday & Sunday) from 12PM – 10:30PM. Entry is free with mandatory table reservation, in 90minute timeslots, with up to 8 guests per table. No age restrictions apply and kids are welcome.
