The [email protected] Yu Sheng is available till 3rd March at S$98++ for up to 4 pax and S$188++ for up to 8pax.

Also till the 3rd of March, Chef Sam has created a special menu to bask in the Lunar New Year festivities, perfect for diners hosting clients.
The kitchen’s elegance and personality is reflected in the selection featuring dishes from all three of its kitchens – Japanese, French and Chinese.
Highlights from the Chinese kitchen include mains such as the Treasure Pouch (braised oyster & fish maw soup, black moss, bean curd skin with vibrant Chinese mustard green), the Imperial Lobster (spiny rock lobster, topped with crispy spiced garlic) and New Zealand Abalone (with superior soy braised chicken, flower mushroom and Jinhua ham and asparagus).
The six-course menu with the Amuse Bouche and Petit Fours is priced at $128++. Wine pairing for additional $68++ is also available.
