This Valentine’s Day, Chef Sam has designed a five-course and an eight-course menu, with a focus on taking his diners on a lush and romantic dining journey. His exclusive menus combined with amazing views of the mesmerising Marina Bay, your Valentine’s Day evening at Me@OUE is guaranteed to leave your date swooning.

The five-course-seating begins at 6pm. As the afternoon sunlight fades away and transforms into a magical evening peppered with city’s night light. The second seating starts at 8pm, with an additional three courses, for a romantic and captivating dining experience.

Each plate presented for the night transcends all three kitchens distinct flavours, with the Chef promising to unleash a flood of gastronomical delight

From the first course of luxuriant Foie Gras, the evening rolls into magnificent serves of Oysters, Lobsters, Sea Pheasant (Turbot), exclusive cuts of Kumamoto beef and, of course, a seductive Lychee & Rose dessert. Each course is best paired with Me@OUE’s impressive selection of wine and sake.
