Asia’s first premium non-alcoholic aperitif, Melati has recently launched in Singapore.
From Friday 4th December, you can experience the Melati pop-up bar at Chinese speakeasy restaurant, The Dragon Chamber. As Asia’s first non-alcoholic aperitif, Melati Classic is the brand’s first iteration, made from a blend of 26 healing and restorative botanicals.
Shaking things up behind the Melati bar is industry veteran Naz Arjuna (Bitters & Love) who has created a dreamy list of tipples that will tickle your fancy, whether or not you’re boozing that night.
Non-alcoholic highlights include the classic Melati Spritz, the perfect palate opener of Melati, grapefruit spritz and cucumber; and Spiced Nogroni, made of Melati, decaf coffee, bittersweet Chinotto, spiced juniper and expertly stirred and served over ice. Prefer a cocktail? Get festive with the Snowglobe — pandan vodka, Melati, lemon juice, and just a little Christmas sparkle, or Singapore Christmas, a tropical delight of coconut, vodka, Melati and lime. All non-alcoholic cocktails are $12 and alcoholic cocktails at $16.
