Fitbit‘s most popular family of devices have once again evolved, bringing you the Fitbit Charge 4, the latest edition of its best-selling line of fitness trackers.
The Fitbit Charge 4 aims to give you a deeper understanding of your body and health, packed with Fitbit’s most advanced combination of sensors and features to push your fitness goals further with built-in GPS and new Active Zone Minutes for more personalized guidance to help improve your health and optimize your activity.
The Charge 4 will be the first Fitbit tracker with built-in GPS: Designed without sacrificing size, price, battery or GPS performance, track your real-time pace and distance on-device without your phone for runs, hikes, bike rides and more.
It is also the first device with Active Zone Minutes, a new personalized standard that measures your time spent in each heart rate zone, helping you more efficiently reach your goal of 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week to help improve your health.

The Charge 4 will also provide deeper insight into your sleep. Users can view your Sleep Score on-device and in the Fitbit app for a daily look at your sleep quality based on your resting heart rate, restlessness, time awake and Sleep Stages (light, deep and REM).
Fitbit Premium members get a deeper analysis of their score with guidance on how to improve their overall sleep quality in the Fitbit app.
In addition you can also see an estimate of the oxygen level variability in your bloodstream, which is derived from a combination of the red and infrared sensors on the back of your device. Being aware of short-term oxygen level variations in your bloodstream may indicate variations in your breathing during sleep.
