CHRISTMAS DELIGHT True to its reputation for unforgettable dining experiences, Artemis is offering diners fabulous new dishes for the festive season. For the month of December, Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has created festive specials such as the Whole Grilled John Dory, with Red Wine, Beurre Blanc, Fennel & Seaweed Salad ($128), or the Stuffed Rabbit Saddle with Wilde Mushrooms, Candied Chestnuts and Armagnac Jus ($120), both of which are perfect for 2 to 4 guests to share for dinner.
Top off your meal with a sinfully indulgent Valrhona Chocolate Torte Dark Guanaja 70% Cacao, Feuilletine, Raspberry, Praline Ice Cream ($16), which will be available throughout the month of December.

NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATIONS For New Year’s Eve Artemis is offering two seating options, an early seating (from 5.30pm to 6.30pm) with a four-course special menu with plentiful options for $148++ per person, while the later 8.30pm seating includes a cocktail or champagne at $188++ per person. Choices such as the 1.1kg Bone-In Rib Eye “TOMAHAWK” with Chimichurri and Violet Mustard is available during both seatings and are one of Chef Hyde’s absolute must-tries on the menu. Side dishes of Crushed Ratte Potatoes, Sicilian Tomatoes with Harissa Dressing & Avocado Mousse are included for both seatings.
