How To Ready Your Samsung Galaxy Smartphones for 5G
Users of 5G supported Samsung devices will be prompted to update their device software to enjoy 5G5 on their devices. For Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, the software update is currently available.
- Go to “Settings”, and tap on “Connections”
- Choose “Mobile networks”
- If your device is 5G enabled, it should reflect “5G/LTE/3G/2G”
For Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, Note20 5G, Z Fold2 5G the software update will be available from 18 September. Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G software updates will be available at a later date.
